We're In This Boat Together
While we practice social distancing, make the most of this time with your family. What better way to do that than getting outside on your boat in open water? All six of our locations are currently open, however, we are taking strict measures to maintain a clean and healthy environment including, but not limited to:
- Sanitizing surfaces including counters, desks and inventory.
- Readily available antimicrobial hand sanitizer and soap.
- Limiting entry capacity to 25% occupancy.
- Practicing social distancing and limiting physical contact. We're sure you'll understand not shaking your hand.
- Digital/emailed receipts for purchases.
- FaceTime/Video chat boat walk-thrus upon request.
- Private appointments upon request.
- Constant monitoring of local regulations.
We hope to help you safely make the most of this unprecedented time.
Our locations have returned to normal operating hours. If at any point any employee or you show any concern of illness, we are mandating they stay home and follow CDC guidelines before returning. The health of your family and our employees is our priority.
Service Center Policy
As we continue to serve our customers through this time, we are limiting contact to keep everyone safe.
- Keep entering the service center to a minimum.
- Customers are encouraged to pull up and drop off their boats at the front of the building and leave.
- All credit card payments and repair discussions will be done over the phone and/or by email.
